infiniteVIU, a partner of RELEX Solutions, today announced the launch of its new Center of Excellence (CoE) in Finland, further strengthening its international delivery capabilities and commitment to high-impact retail and supply chain transformation.
The Finland CoE will serve as a strategic hub for consulting, implementation, technical delivery, and continuous value development. infiniteVIU already supports major retailers in Germany and the US, delivering both large-scale implementations and long-term continuous support.
Across our customer base, we see consistently strong satisfaction, reflected in an NPS of 70, driven by strong customer satisfaction across implementations and well-enabled customer teams.
A Strategic Investment in Talent
Finland offers access to a strong talent base in retail and supply chain planning, supported by long-standing experience with platforms including RELEX.
With this investment, infiniteVIU expands access to top-tier talent and strengthens its ability to deliver complex, high-value engagements.
Today, approximately 30% of infiniteVIU’s 45-person team consists of former RELEX professionals and RELEX customer experts, including experienced super users.
